Welcome to Book Ebonyi! By using our platform, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. User Accounts

• Users must provide accurate and current information during registration.
• Each account is personal; sharing credentials is prohibited.

2. Buyer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate delivery information.
• Confirm receipt of products promptly upon delivery.
• Report any issues with orders to Book Ebonyi support within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Seller Responsibilities

• Provide accurate product information and pricing.
• Deliver products on time and in the expected condition.
• Maintain proper communication with buyers.

4. Payments and Escrow

• Payments from buyers are held in escrow until delivery is confirmed.
• If the buyer does not confirm delivery within 7 days, funds are automatically released to the seller.
• Sellers can cash out funds once released from escrow.

5. Dispute Resolution

Book Ebonyi may intervene in disputes between buyers and sellers. Fraudulent activity or false claims may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and branding on Book Ebonyi are owned by the platform. Users may not use platform content without permission.

7. Amendments

Book Ebonyi reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
