Book Ebonyi is a secure e-commerce marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. This policy explains how payments, escrow, and delivery work.

1. Seller Registration

Sellers must register and provide accurate business information. Book Ebonyi may verify accounts before approving sellers.

2. Payment Process

• Buyers pay for products through the Book Ebonyi platform.
• Payments are held in a secure escrow account until delivery is confirmed.

3. Delivery and Confirmation

• Sellers are responsible for delivering products to buyers.
• Buyers must confirm delivery once the product arrives.
• Upon confirmation, funds are released from escrow to the seller.

4. Automatic Escrow Release

If the buyer does not confirm delivery within 7 days, funds are automatically released to the seller’s account. Sellers can then cash out their funds.

5. Cash Out Policy

Sellers can withdraw funds from their account after escrow release. Withdrawals are processed according to the platform’s payout schedule.

6. Dispute Resolution

Book Ebonyi may intervene in disputes. Fraudulent activity, false claims, or delivery issues may result in temporary hold of funds or account suspension.
